#39 『ちらし寿司』祝!こどもの日♪【パーティー料理/おもてなし料理】☆大皿で盛り上がるちょっと贅沢なちらし寿司☆

こどもの日という事でたまには少し奮発して大皿でちらし寿司を作りました!ごはんに混ぜる具材さえ作れば後は切って乗せるだけの簡単レシピ!海鮮は鮪、鰤、サーモン、蛸、いくらを使いました。マグロはスーパーで半解凍の物を買った方がきれいにカットしやすくお勧めです!刺身用の鮮魚をほとんどサイコロ状に切るだけなので簡単に見栄え良く作れます!
